I’m receiving the error “Set up Email client on your device” on my iPhone when trying to send logs. What should I do?
On iOS, SafetyAware uses Apple’s built-in Mail composer, which requires a mail account to be set up on your iPhone.
- On your iPhone, go to Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Account.
- Add an appropriate email account that you have access to. This will be used to send the logs to support.
- If you are using a device provided by your workplace, please contact your IT support for assistance in adding your work email account.
- Once your account is successfully added, you can send SafetyAware logs to support.
