How do I send logs to Support?

  1. Open the SafetyAware app.
  2. Login using your credentials
  3. Go to Preferences by tapping on the “Gear” icon

  4. Tap Send logs to support. This will open a new email with the application log files attached.
    Before you sendplease add a short description, your name and any relevant timestamps relating to the issue you have been experiencing.
