Sometimes the WiFi network you are connected to won't allow the SafetyAware to work as expected. Try turning WiFi off and see what happens.
Sometimes you may get errors that messages aren't delivered or the app just isn't working like you thnk it should. Usually this means that you are connected to a WiFi network that has a firewall rule that won't allow our messages to be sent to and from the app.
The best way to see if this is the case is to turn WiFi off, make sure you have a solid cellular data signal and then try again.
Unfortunately we can't control firewall rules so if you think this may be an issue, please contact the IT personnel that manage your WiFi network. Have them reach out to our Customer Success Team and we can work with them to get the traffic flowing!
