Ongoing App Connectivity Issue

A solution was identified and deployed to fix the app connectivity issues early Sunday Morning May 7th, 2023.  The deployed fix has resulted in significant performance improvements as reported across our user base.

We are continuing to monitor the issue and will keep this article active.  You can also see the most current status of our applications at Aware360 Status Page

Summary:

We have identified an ongoing issue, where the app is unresponsive due to a network change.  Our teams have been working around the clock to resolve the issue, and we expect to have a final fix shortly.

What you can do:

In the meantime, we suggest that if this issue occurs again, you log out of the app and log back in multiple times to correct the problem. We understand that this may cause inconvenience to you, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Rest assured that we are doing everything in our power to find a solution to this problem. We will keep you updated on any progress we make, and we will reach out to you as soon as we have a resolution.
