How do I edit the open fields associated with creating a new asset?

Possible Fields:

• Emergency Response Centre Details (open text box 255-character limit)
• Notes (open text box 255-character limit)

These fields can NOT be edited through the smartphone application.

These fields are displayed when you take control of an asset.
