How do I use Location-Based Messaging?

Location-Based Messaging is a great tool for contact tracing of a geo-fenced area and allows messaging through SMS or Smartphone App Notification.

Here's how to use Location-Based Messaging through Muster: 

1. Log in to the Aware360 Control Center 
2. On the left-hand side, expand the menu options 
3. Click "Muster" and select the Geofence that you would like to message 
4. On the right-hand side, under "Assets Inside the Geofence", select which invididuals whom you would like to message 
5. Type your message in the text box below and click "Send" 

Another way is to use Broadcasting Messaging: 

1. Log in to the Aware360 Control Center 
2. On the left-hand side, expand the menu options 
3. Click "Broadcast Messaging" 
4. Select the individual(s) you would like to message by either: 
   1. Individually checking boxes on the left-hand side 
   2. Or, checking the top-left box to select all assets 
   3. Or, clicking "Group", selecting a group, and checking boxes on the left-hand side  
5. Select "App Message" or "Text Message"
6. Type your message in the text box below and click "Send"
