Contacting Technical Support through App

The ability to reach out directly to AlertGPS Technical Support if you need assistance with any of our products or services is built into the App. This facilitates a quick response to any of your technical requirements or questions.

HOW IT WORKS

Navigate to the “Settings” tab of the App.

Scroll down to the "General" section of the Settings tab and select “Contact Technical Support” option.​

Fill out the message field and send the message when complete.

You will receive a response back that it has been received and a service ticket has been created.
