How do I schedule a broadcast message?

You can now write rich-text email broadcasts or send text message broadcasts messages and send them once or on a recurring schedule.

• Choose the message type first, then select recipients.
• Send to an organization, groups, assets, Broadcast Contacts or one-off recipients.
• Add a subject and format the message body.
• Review the estimated number of recipients before sending.
• Recipients are confirmed when the message is sent – inactive users are left out automatically.
