      How do I create a new reminder?

      1. Navigate to Manage Clients

      2. Select Reminders

      3. Choose reminder type

      4. Select which alert you would like to apply the reminder to

      5. Enter the time prior to the alert being generated you would like to generate the reminder (eg: 10mins before the safety overdue)

      6. Select Add

      7. The reminder will be successfully placed within the reminders grid

      Reminders are split by types and can be combined with more than one alert for easy creation.

      Each reminder type when selected will display the appropriate preview message that control center will send along with response options.
