How do I change the Escalation Plan for an asset?
Client administrators can easily change the Escalation Plan that is associcated to one of their users.
To change the Escalation Plan that is associated to an asset:
- Navigate to the Escalation Plan menu on the left hand ribbon
- Select the Asset that you wish to change the plan for
- Click "Apply Plan" on the bottom right of the screen
- Select the Escalation Plan you wish the Asset to have
- Select the escalation contacts and adjust any timers as necessary
- Click Save
