      What is a broadcast message?

      The broadcast messaging feature was released in Control Centre 2.1.9. Client administrators
      have the ability to send text or app messages to any and all assets that they have
      permission to view.


      *Note: All broadcast messages are one-way. If you reply to a broadcast message, it
      will not be received in Control Centre.

      Message types:

      • App Message: A standard smartphone app notification
      • Text message: A text message with a 155-character limit.
