Q: My device isn’t listed in SafetyAware what should I do?
If your device is not listed in SafetyAware, login to control center with your administrator account, select devices, choose ActiveHalo from the drop-down of available devices to add, and use the device IMEI number as the device id & serial number fields. Once added you can assign to an asset of your choice.

Q: I would like to add new phone numbers that are able to call the Halo, how do I do that?
You can add up to 8 pre-approved phone numbers that can call your halo device. These 8 phone numbers will be for your entire organization within SafetyAware. When going through the onboarding process, the SafetyAware customer success team will request the phone number(s) you would like to initially program prior to device shipment. If you need to add, remove, or edit them afterwards please submit a ticket here.

Q: Can I use the active halo and the SafetyAware app interchangeably?
Yes, you can use the SafetyAware application in conjunction with the Halo device.

Q: How would I share the active halo between people in my organization?

When you receive your ActiveHalo device, it will be pre-programmed with your dedicated monitoring center phone number and available as a device within control center for assignment to an asset. Assign the device to the person who will be conducting test in control center followed by generating an emergency alert. When you initiate contact with the monitoring center, inform them this is just a test and request a call back to confirm functionality.
