Learn how to leverage the new forms feature for Real Time COVID-19 Risk Assessemnts in the SafetyAware app.

Before being able to use the Data Capture Capability, ensure SafetyAware App version 3.0 installed in your device. Additionally, you must reach out to an Aware360 representative to create the desired form.
Note: This feature must be enabled for the entire organization. For changes to take effect, all existing users must be log out and log back in.
Here's how:
- Launch the Aware360 Smartphone App
- Tap on the Sign on icon, which is the third icon on the top right
- Complete the sign on form and tap "Sign On"
- The new Data Capture Capability will automatically launch and will be ready to use
Another way to access Data Capture:
- Launch the Aware360 Smartphone App
- Tap the "Journey" icon on the bottom right corner
- The new Data Capture Capability will automatically launch and will be ready to use
Configurations to Data Capture to consider:
- Information fields you would like auto-populated from the user's profile (name, email, etc.)
- What occurs when the submission process is complete
- The Data Capture Capability is compatible with any public-facing URL for form capture, such as Cognito Forms
