What is the multiple phone numbers feature?

Assets and escalation contacts can now have up to three phone numbers available as
part of their profile. These additional phone numbers can be used as part of your
organization's escalation plan. This optional feature was released in Control Centre
2.1.9. A person of status of worker or above are permitted to edit this field.


*Note: The escalation plan feature is still in BETA release. If you would like to
utilize additional phone numbers as part of your escalation plan, please reach out
to Aware360 support to schedule a time to modify your escalation plan reflecting
the additional contact information.
