How do I adjust timers and escalation contacts?

If you would like to adjust any timers or escalation contacts, first head over to the Escalation Plans tab on the left hand ribbon.

Then select the person whose timer or escalation contacts you would like to adjust. Click "Clone" on the plan that is highlighted green (green means it's the active plan).

Now you can adjust any timers or escalation contacts. Setting a timer to zero disables it.  For example, if you don't want the motion timer to be used, turn it off by setting it to zero.

Don't forget to hit save when you are done!
