How do I use the Dashboard module in the GoAware Portal?

As an Administrator, the GoAware Portal is your main tool to view key user statistics, to send notifications, and to download close contact trace data.

To access the portal visit: my.goaware.net and login using your email, verifying your identity with the One Time Pin (OTP) sent to your phone.

GoAware Portal: Dashboard

The GoAware Portal Dashboard contains anonymized statistics on your organizations GoAware usage to provide insight and to analyze areas for improvement. Use the legend and corresponding image below to denote the Dashboard statistics:

  1. Your name, email and portal administration role.
  2. Change password and log out links
  3. Registered Users: the total number of GoAware App users across your organization
  4. Verified Users: The number of users that have verified their mobile phone number with the One Time Pin (OTP).
  5. Proximity Reminders: the average number of proximity reminders generated by each user in the past 24 hours.
  6. Close Proximity Duration: The average amount of time each user has spent in close proximity to other GoAware users in the past 24 hours.
  7. iOS Usage: The average amount of time iOS users were actively using the GoAware App.
  8. Android Usage: The average amount of time Android users were actively using the GoAware App.
